We were invited to visit the property for an inspection. Our findings concluded that it was time for the exterior of this historic structure to be fully refurbished, as signs of age could be found throughout the property. It was clear to us that there was severe deterioration in the foundation and walls due to water intrusion. Without our immediate intervention, further property damage would be imminent.
Our inspection team noticed that attempts at damage control and mitigation had been attempted. In order to successfully perform a repair that was lasting, our team would need to go further than simple fixes and patching.
